Have you ever asked yourself ‘Is there any hope in the future?’. Many decide that there is no hope for the future and say, let us eat, drink and enjoy that when one dies his or her has finish.
Some because of what they read from others book they think that there is no hope for the future. God has promise a better future for us in which no man can do that exception of the Lord God.
Let see what God have for us in the future as stated in the Bible account of Jeremiah 29:11 (KJV).
“For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.”
Seeing what the Bible verse says, below are the 4 important things God promise us in the future:
- No sickness nor death
- Good leadership
- Everlasting Peace
- Global Paradise earth
No sickness nor death: According to the research done, before humans do live about 900-1000 years and people didn’t die everyday.
But today it by luck to live up to 100 years and above and people are dying each and every hours. Does it mean that this how God want us to live? NO.
After the first man and woman disobeyed God, He set up a new plan for humans, Let see what the Bible account of Revelation 21:4 (KJV) says about life in the future.
” And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away”.
The Bible verse made mention of 4 things that God will wipe away, it is death, sorrow, crying and pains. Knowing that God is one who keep to His promise makes us believe that this will take place when it is God appointed time.
Good leadership: In our today’s world, life is becoming very hard because of poor government management. Because of poor management in some places many involve in stealing because they have no daily or monthly income, some beg just to raise money and buy food for their family.
All this happening is not something that pleases God that is why He gives us hope for a better leader in the future. See what we have in the Bible account of Daniel 2:44 (KJV).
“And in the days of these kings shall the God of heaven set up a kingdom, which shall never be destroyed: and the kingdom shall not be left to other people, but it shall break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms, and it shall stand for ever”.
This Bible verse makes everything clear, God say He will set up a kingdom which will never be destroyed, and He ended that all these kingdom seen today shall be broken into pieces.
Another bible verse which shows that God will make a better future for us is what we have in the bible account of Isaiah 65:17 (KJV).
” For, behold, I create new heavens and a new earth: and the former shall not be remembered, nor come into mind.”
Those two bible verses has strengthen lot of people today, they struggle to survive irrespective the poor management of their country knowing that what is await them is something big.
Everlasting Peace: Peace is one of the thing that lack in our today’s world. Today everyday in news you will hear of war in some countries. Some can even start from family.
All this is something that God said in his book that it will all happen as seen in the bible account of 2 Timothy 3:1-4 (KJV)
God knowing that this will happen and also knowing that all people will undergo pressure in life, He gives us hope as seen in Philippians 4:7 (KJV).
“And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.”
The peace in which God promise us will pass through his son Jesus Christ as seen in the bible verse. Having known this, what do you think we should do from today?
The best thing to do is to imitate Jesus Christ footstep by following his rule because it is written in the account of John 14:6 (KJV) that through Jesus Christ we get anything from the Lord God.
Global Paradise earth: It is written in the book of Revelation 21:1 (KJV) that God will make a new earth, read below;
” Then I saw “a new heaven and a new earth,”[a] for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and there was no longer any sea”.
You might ask, how will the new earth be like? God knows what will be good for us that is why he future said what we have in Revelation 21:4 (KJV) saying;
“He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away.”
Another bible verse which tell us how life will be then is what we have in the account of Isaiah 25:8 (KJV) God says;
“He will swallow up death in victory; and the Lord God will wipe away tears from off all faces; and the rebuke of his people shall he take away from off all the earth: for the Lord hath spoken it”.
